management has completely failed to acknowledge skilled labour!, a persons experience is given preference over education (although there is a bunch of extremely skilled and highly qualified Electronic Engineers working as repair technicians simply because management has failed to realise the ture potential). need to pay to play company provided pool!...i dont understand why is it even there then! interaction between staff and management is extremely poor. weird and improfessional attitude from the supervisors.
