Good Pay, no appreciation - Line Worker bei Pall: Mitarbeiterbewertung

To get into working in one of their factories you start from an agency, I worked there for 2 year and not got a contract with pall, which left me in the position to be "let go" at any time they wished, without any warning, this happened to me once. The management aren't appreciative and see you as simply the robots that drive the company and just want numbers, especially if you are on agency.
