Endless PSPs & Kaizens to fix unnecessary problems. Check job ads, have been advertising for months!! Very very toxic unhealthy place… If you value your health & mind then don’t do it!! Low pay for what the job actually is …. You will end up doing a 2/3 person job If you are lucky, you might get a decent manager I have been around 5 yrs & over this time.. nothing has improved! Getting worse with Danaher acquisition Really think before applying - ask former employees before. I wasted 6 yes of my life I will never get back again.
