Rapidly growing company wth a wonderful entrepreneurial feel to it. The people are high quality with offices in London, NYC and Cardiff. An excellent opportunity for people that want to do satisfying work without getting caught up in the red tape of larger organizations. Highly recommended. Social hours on Friday's are a nice touch.

Can't think of any. One concern I had coming in was how the company would handle personnel growth but this has proven to be a non-issue, a testament to the senior management team.
