For entry-level student, it is not a bad choice. Compared within brazilian market, Padtec has a good benefits package. Good for technicians and internships. Can be a good school for those who just left university and want to start a career in telecom market. Padtec is a good laboratory for the telecom world.
Kontras
The worst place ever for a not low-profile manager. Directors have no clue of business administration and technology. From supply-chain to directory, the company is a mess. Most of the managers had Padtec as first job and, unfortunately, promotions and confidence are still taken in a friendship based way. Many years of Padtec have more value than experience and knowledge. Strategy comes from CEO only and alone. All the remaining employees and directors play an operational role.
