Can be lonely unless you put in effort.

Great for accelerating your experience and a lot of exposure to great pentesting work. The day to day work is legitimately fun and the people that work there are generally great!

Owner doesn't really know how to be a manager, so one small slip up means you're gone. I've seen people fired for so little. The pay is also not even close to being competitive, it's pretty small for how much technical expertise is needed for the job. Also expect a lot of unusual hours!
