Extreme heat Bad management Lack of communication Lack of training Unprofessional False advertising Extremely short staffed

Day shift only. I have to have 5 words minimum, but that is literally the only pro.

Severely understaffed. Physically demanding job with low pay. Management celebrates getting big contracts but employees just see more work. Contracts get bigger, meanwhile bonuses get smaller, work force gets smaller, but the management's cars get nicer. New employees rarely come back for a second day of work.
