Few good people that are great to work with, but they eventually leave and HR and upper management has no desire to retain good people. Which is why you are left with a crappy culture at Pacira.

They have been averaging 6-9 people leaving a month, this in includes all departments. One department from the manager on down all eventually left due to poor management. The environment is toxic, favoritism is a rampant, and constant rumors of people sleeping with other to move up.
