Company is in a great location. Small machine shop atmosphere with big customers. The company is getting back on it's feet after a couple of hard years.

Future seemed a bit uncertain but I think it will get better. The leadership is now focused on turning the company around. We in the San Diego division have been downsized.

You can get away with anything. Nice people for the most part. payed well

Management is poorly ran. non-professional.
