Pros

Good pay and 401k, decent benefits. Folks in Oregon are chill

Kontras

Horrible culture. Unless you’re a “member” you’re not as important and don’t fit in which is typical for Utah culture. Management and C Suite only care about themselves. High performers are viewed as negative while average people get promoted. No work life balance. You’re literally just viewed as a number. Return to office is mandatory unless your upper management.

The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
