      Decent pay, good benefits with great 401k matching.

      Kontras

      Management kind of sucks. Very disjointed and we often duplicate efforts cause we don't work with others. Old stuffy work culture with ridgid officer rules. Not much room for growth after a few years, most roles only have 3 levels.

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
