Large company and peer group for Portland OR. Backing of Berkshire Hathaway has some advantages in financial stability of company.

Kontras

Work ethic of conservative company and people (a pro) is exploited and goes unrewarded. What is intellectually otherwise a fun and challenging industry has been made unbearable by high attrition coupled with turnover and future retirement rates which have and will cause severe impacts to job performance and satisfaction.

The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
