Working at Pace Promotions has been awesome! I've learned so much about direct marketing and customer service. The management team is supportive and positive. There are so many team nights and we have so much fun! I've learned so much about my coworkers and we all work together to reach our goals.

It's a lot of work but the opportunity is so worth it because I have the ability to control my own career and set my own goals. It's not a job for everybody, but if you have drive and motivation this is a great job for you.

Learned to market products. Learned to train representatives. Learned to manage people and events. Learned customer service. Learned all aspects of HR- packaging and presenting a business. Learned to manage a team . Learned to work hard to get out of the company what I wanted. You get what you give. They are constantly growing. The clients are constantly adding and being dropped so it doesnt get old.

The first few weeks can be difficult for some, but the training program will take care of any uncertainties. The management is also available to everyone for mentorship and additional training which is great.
