-Set M-F 40 hour work weeks -Not that I condone the behavior but you can basically do whatever and slack off all you want while you're there since they can't afford to fire anyone -Great if you are 18-19 years and happy with $13/hr with health insurance -Thats about it right there

-No opportunity unless you marry into the family -Pay bans on every position topping out at $15/hr for entry level...which is unlikely to reach -Yearly raises of roughly $0.20-$0.60 -Family greed runs company -No care for employee financial stability, except for that they can't afford to fire anybody -Huge turnover rate...people quitting and leaving for better opportunity..never terminated -Bites off more than they can chew -Upper management aren't the brightest, but what can you expect when they are all son-in-laws with no prior experience other than being married to the daughters -Learning on the fly as there is no real management experience in the bunch -Will hire anyone off the street that applies, leaving a heavy burden on the hard working employees to pick up the slack -Basically this company has gotten lucky to this point, and has no real clue on how to run and effectively grow a successful business -If you don't share the same last name of the owner, then you most definitely will not get rich at this company
