team is nice but company benefits/policies are so-so - Systems Administrator bei PTFS: Mitarbeiterbewertung

PTO is about average at 3 weeks. I was just a month away from completing a year and they did not pay out my PTO which I never used for the year. Apparently they have a policy where they do not pay PTO if you leave within a year. Must have been hidden in the fine print. Vesting takes 3 years which is long for any contractor. Pay is low for anyone with TS SCI.
