Pros

Good company, company is invested in futuristic technologies like SAAS, IOT, AI, so company future is good. Has a list of very good products in market. Flexible work culture. Flexible timings. They try that nobody works on weekends. Almost no work on weekends. Leaves policy is good. During these times (covid) the company has allowed WFH for a year (till 30th June 2021). You feel comfortable "being you" at work. You feel comfortable to put forth your suggestions on anything. No discrimination of senior/junior/cast/gender. ESPP employee stock purchase plan, where you can purchase company stocks at discounted price, and over years you can benefit from increasing share values.

Fixed Salary Compensation wont go up much. They although try to manage it by providing Shares if they want you as a long term prospect, the shares get credited to you over next 3 years (1/3 * 3). The work environment is dull. Company has good policies, but it depends on mangers whether you enjoy those benefits. for example, company has WFH policy from start, but untill pandemic, the managers did not want you to WFH. The company is good but your experience depends on which project/product you are working with. Not much amenities like only 1 TT table in 1 building, 1 carrom board, a very small gym. No tie ups or set guidelines with any nearby hospital or ambulance for any emergency medical problems. All power is in hands of managers. Policies are meant for Employees, but "in discretion of managers". If you land in a product like Windchill, then you will be cut out from learning new technologies, as it is a well established product, so technological changes are rare. Mostly core java , well it also depends on which project/module of windchill you are working on. Internal Mobility: There is internal mobility policy, but you hardly see people moving around because managers don't want their good resources to move to another module/project within company. This is not good for company and employee, as ultimately if employee is not allowed to explore, they will leave.

Flexible, great colleagues, good HR training on goals and objectives

Depends on the group, toxic culture pockets exist, abusive and bullying behavior is laughed at and accepted rather than corrected, unclear strategy, business unit level vision is lacking, no accountability, several HR complaints against a manager go unaddressed, slow to change, can be chaotic, more interest in checking the box than hitting the right mark.
