Pros
Lots of allowances and bonus scattered across the year. There is career progression and opportunity if you are a performer. Many soft skills training provided by the HR. Many people are nice to work with.
Kontras
Lots of unnecessary admin requirement that needs to be followed (uniforms, heels, desk table, haircut, hair color). Apparent heirarchy in roles. Lots of people who do not know the process/responsibility of their own team so interdepartment coordination is a challenge. Too many security restrictions, but I can understand this since it's a bank, it just compromises the growth of the people's skills. Required office reporting to be "fair" to the employees.
