Supportive Work Environment - Insurance Sales Agent bei PRP Insurance: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I am the bookkeeper here at PRP and I love how well our staff gets along, we're all a great fit. We all work together really well to solve problems and to keep work on track. Communication is really great here. I am honored to have this opportunity.

Work can be stressful and overwhelming at times, I'm just happy I can take a breather and walk away for a few minutes to relieve the stress, not many places will allow that.

There are no pros to working in this company

A former employee of PRP insurance I can be the first to say. I loved my job the work was fun and the people were great. I saw a lot of fellow employees come and go. And always wonderd why so many people left. I left on maternity leave and when it was time to come back I was excited to go back to my job and feel human again! I sat down with my boss the owner of thd company to discuss my return. She informed me my position no longer was going to be offered. I'd have to move out of my office and move to front desk costomer service. I am all about change and to better the company. On top of it all my pay was going to be cut and I'd be in a shared position with a employee who I trained who was now over seeing my work. Unappreciated is an understatement. My work e mail was being gone through by my work mates and personal e mails from our payroll company about my personal paystubs and w2 were in question if I should be receiving e mails such as this. That came to a surprise to me that my work mates thought I shouldn't be able to access my online pay check! With great thought I decided to pack my things and leave. For someone who is thinking about bring an agent or working for this company take my story not as a mad employee wanting to hurt others but a fair warning. You should feel appreciated and treated fairly in a work position. This company dose not do that! I've helped friends get jobs here. One I've known sense kindergarten... I supported every wrong or right decision my boss made and she didn't bat an eye when she wanted to push me out! This is a learning experience for me to be treates this way by a business woman. So please think twice when you see these PRP post and think to to yourself how honest is this company. -Thank you There are many cons working in this company.
