Not the greatest of employers - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei PRP: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management can be very mean and bully people. They also have their favorites and keep on giving all the interesting jobs to those they like, while the rest gets stuck with doing rather mundane boring jobs for long periods of time. There is huge gossip culture among the management and it is very obvious if staff is talked about behind closed doors. Also, there seems to be a trend where they hire people on a permanent basis, but with a 6 month probation period. Then, the day that this period is complete, they tell them that they are made redundant. It is really not a good practice to work for.
