Worst startup with only one client - Senior Developer bei PRM Fincon: Mitarbeiterbewertung

1. They have only one client for which they majorly hires people. 2. There is no job security here, any day you can get fired if your salary is high and they get good resource with less package than you. I've seen firing on regular interval on my journey there. 3. They have notice period of 3 months - I never found any small company with such a huge notice period. 4. During covid they fired almost 15 people out of 30 folks there in different team(AI, JAVA, UI, FINANCE team). I'm one of those victims fired due to high salary. My advice - If you're senior resource don't go there.
