      Thank you for taking time to provide us with feedback. Totally hear what you are saying about career opportunities. As a small organisation it has been hard to create career paths for people, but I hope our new Development Framework is starting to change that for our people.

      Pros

      I was a Work-Study student working part-time at PRI during the last semester. Everyone there was really nice and helpful, even if I made a mistake or two. They went out of their way to be friendly and to help me learn how to do my job. Also, I learned many things about fossils that I hadn't known before!

      Utterly toxic work environment. Extremely political. Hopelessly arrogant management, completely out of touch. Poor employee morale results in a revolving door of staffers with very short average tenure.
