      Kontras

      - 3 Entlassungswellen bis jetzt - Umstellung auf Java und Bevorzugung von Billigberatern - Giftiges Arbeitsumfeld durch neue technische Führungskräfte - Leute (Ingenieure) mit Visum warten nur auf eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis. Alle anderen sind entweder gegangen oder suchen aktiv danach - Meetings, die in einem wütenden Ausscheiden enden.

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
