      Die Leute, die ich hier kennengelernt habe, sind toll, aber man muss schnell handeln, sonst sind sie innerhalb weniger Monate wieder weg.

      Kontras

      Das Management ist inkompetent, toxisch, missachtet die Unternehmensführung, tut alles, was Profit bringt, und verkennt die Risiken des Geschäftsbetriebs. Die Führungskräfte, die hauptsächlich in Großbritannien sitzen, halten die anderen europäischen Standorte für toxisch und wollen sie alle schließen.

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
