You pay a majority of the health Insurance, Mold everywhere, no 401k match, tuition reimbursement is available but it needs to be approved by CEO which means it most likely won't be approved unless it benefits the company, really terrible layout of the desks. You will not have privacy at all. Everyone in the Accounting, Marketing, and HR got their jobs because they are friends or family members. People will jump into your conversations without you inviting them in. Very, very bad circulation of air. Nepotism to the max. The CEO is constantly running around. If you get hired, ask to be taken to meet your coworkers and see if you are a good fit and walk around the facilities to see if the quality is what you're okay with. Lots of passive aggressive behavior and gossiping. Eeekk.
