Supportive CM-CRA. Always willing to intervene with study issues as needed and listen to CRA concerns.
Kontras
Support past the immediate CM-CRA is marginal. Much upper management discussion about employee support and a positive home/life balance, but I gave not found this to be the case. Performance evaluations are not always based on the overall employee performance and punishment by means of lower raises and bonuses results. Lower salary ranges compared to market values and lack of employee support are causing the loss of good CRAs
