Family like setting (and every family has its issues with one another at times), great location, flexible hours, good benefits

Too many people in charge with not enough resources to do the work (including FTEs), pay scale and raises are poor, management does not share need to know information, everyone works in silos instead of cross-communicates, processes are poorly defined, quality management cannot decide if they are assurance or control, proper stakeholders are not involved as needed for projects.
