It's necessary to wait for a period and some times it does not come. - Workers are not stimulated to exceed their expectations - No bonuses or very low bonuses - Very high work load - There is NO increase in salary wages for Brazil (only promotions) - Timelines are many times impossible to be met - Project planned hours are almost allways not enough.
