Managers don't respect all people or understand that leadership is serving others to meet company goals. Company chose to cap PTO roll-over, decrease PTO sell-back, and increase health insurance cost which disproportionately affects lower paid employees rather than cap exorbitant benefits paid to top PPD executives.
