PM Fasteners has a solid name in the industry only thanks to the original owners that founded it over 40 years ago, the two current owners Jim and John are only hanging on by the name, but are only hang by a thread. (The reason you don't see other negative reviews is because I didnt sign the non-discloser agreement so I could receive a severance pay check like everyone else, here's the truth about PMF)

What kind of employer is proud to talk about the 50+ employees they fired in the seven years they had control of the company, in my option that's shows how badly they have failed to be effective employers. There isn't a single person that takes on a new job thinking that this may not work out. We all start out with the ambition to use the skills we bring to the table and to learn new skills and to have the opportunity to strive. Jim and John does not trust anyone to move ahead and think for themselves. This makes employees feel that there voice is not valued and that there wasting there time and a beginning to the end of there employment. Sorry to say they do not nurture your skills and allow you to prove your worth, they make you frustrated and complacent to just be a robot and do only as they say, this is there down fall and the company will crumble despite the solid name that the industry knows them for.
