Executive team are hoteliers without technology experience who insist on micromanaging. CEO has an obsession with loyalty and it made me very uncomfortable. To succeed here you have to be a yes-person. Don’t question anything if you aren’t a family member. Three big rounds of layoffs in one year. Very old technology means everything breaks regularly. No effort to improve because there’s extreme inexperience at the top. Some employees are allowed to take excessive vacations while others are never able to leave. Nepotism is a real issue at this company. CEO hires his family and hotelier friends into major roles even if they don’t have experience.
