CEO is a former hotel guy who is incapable of running a gaming company. - The company makes decisions purely based on politics and not performance. Recently they fired almost half the people in the bay area office, despite the app performing really well, and decided to give it to another office that has a history of failing time and time again. - The turnover rate is unusually high. They fire so many employees regardless of performance. There has been 2 mass layoffs in the past 12 months alone. - Pay is low and extremely hard to get a pay raise. Yet they make you do a self appraisal every 4 months.
