You could have numbers, experiments, and reasons to show your point, but they simply make decisions based on nothing reasonable. Don't even try to understand the reasoning because there is no reasoning behind their decisions. - Management is so bad that they have paid millions in agreements to avoid lawsuits. Please check the news. - You can get some stock from the company, and in a year, it will worth less than half the value you were given. Please check the stock price.
