It’s nice company to work for with tons of opportunity for advancement. I have a very rewarding experience at Pharbest. There can be immense amounts of pressure placed on employees. However, I have found those experiences useful in my professional life. The work itself is dependent upon your department, but I was always engaged in the unique challenges presented in my position. My colleagues were genuine and easy to work with. If you work hard and set a good example you will be rewarded.

Challenging work. commute sometimes too busy and you can get overwhelmed.

There’s nothing such thing to say about. the least I would say about is the plant manager, he’s the only decent guy trying to address all the issues out of his capabilities.

Worst place, people dont even wash their hands after using the restrooms There’s a guy in the production area who’s almost an illiterate but tries to teach everyone all his bs All the freshers, there’s nothing you can learn other than daily production activity, so keep away from this place for the sake of your career. The owner doesn’t even care for the employees or their personal issues, so not worth working here. I wonder how this place is existing even after all this strict regulations from fda.
