Pros

Decent pay, job is simple, good benefits, and work from home. Great.

Terrible management. They let people go last second with no warning, huge turn around so everyone is always “new”, management is very unhelpful to the best agents and very kind and understanding with the worst. Basically if you’re not good at the job, expect to move up in the company. If you’re great at the job, expect to be treated like you’re not. It’s dysfunctional. We were also, just recently, required to use 2 hours of our own saved up PTO towards a mandatory early end of shift. One of the company’s, very important, employees passed away after a long battle with a health issue and they held a memorial gathering in her memory. I appreciate the sentiment, and that is an amazing thing however, we should have been paid through instead of being forced to use our own saved up vacation time. I didn’t like that at all.

It is second-to-none in the eCommerce fulfillment operations landscape. Additionally, the people, culture, and tech/operational capabilities are all what make it an incredible company; and easy to sell for...hands down.

low quality job with low wages and no insurance coverage because you cannot afford it
