We are sorry that you had such a negative experience and although we appreciate your feedback, we genuinely don’t recognise the workplace you have described. Our expectations are high and we understand that not everyone is cut out to work here which is why we sometimes lose staff, most commonly during their probationary period. Our HR team have admittedly been doing lots of recruitment over the last year but happily this is mainly due to our expansion. We work hard to be a good employer. Our staff, including managers, receive regular training and development opportunities and we take their wellbeing seriously. As an organisation dedicated to protecting animals, we ensure all staff are regularly updated and involved in our campaigns to bring about real change.
