Senior management seems competent. HR is empathetic and available for employees, even the yard. Helped me with guidance and growth. This is the change in culture we need in PERI years ago. Happy to see it finally come through.

Long term employees dont support the changes makes it difficult for me. Way too much gossip. Not driven, demotivating for people who want to work.
