Career Growth - Field Coordinator bei PCL Construction: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I feel there's some sort of racism, people from other countries doesn't get promoted whereas Canadians are promoted in less time. Earlier I used to feel its all about skills, now its feels opposite because someone who joined after me and with not a great experience was promoted. For information, as per my last career review I was told that I do deserve a promotion but company is coming up with a new policy ! 10 months down the line, someone got promoted who didn't perform duties equivalent to mine ! Time to shift !
