      annual bonus, good office location (beside ayala 30th mall), nice office

      Kontras

      no allowances, low annual increase, awful management, little to 0 career advancement i only had one annual increase which occured before my 3rd year in the company

      they will never fire you even you can't do your job

      Kontras

      I don't have any cons but I can give pros: once you get in, you will retire at same rate. Even if you die they will pay you salary for few years at same rate that you got in.
