Managers with no education, just being at the right place at the right time getting promoted.(No one else wanted the job) My manager is horrible. Talked about my teammates to me. There is favoritism here. Your goals are unattainable if you are not one of the Favorites. Colgate talks about their core values, caring, courageous inclusive. They’re nothing of this. This is been the worst company I’ve ever worked for my manager has been manipulative, vindictive and downright liar. They have you working two jobs but only paying you for one that may change, But they are definitely going into retail they’ve opened Eltamd in schools and retail. There is no work life balance. Base pay sucks. At least 30% below the national average. But hey, if you’re looking to breaking into sales, this is a good stepping stone. They can’t keep people.
