Dan young CEO is a liar, Cheapskate, and manipulator. very dishonest businessman. I seriously don't know how he's in business. They rip off old people that don't know anything about computers.

Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. We are constantly growing and improving. We take feedback seriously and strive to improve and grow with it.
Upper management communicates well and makes time to listen to issues when you let them know.
Work hours are great and as long as there is communication ownership is flexible.
Owner ship also is very easy to approach

As management there are times when they need to get ahold of you after hours. This can be difficult to manage boundaries between work and personal life.
The internal systems are all custom which can present frustrating issues at times but is a minor con.
Disjointed leadership, poor compensation, lack of support from leadership when issues occur. Assistance with location improvements were conditional to sales. If you aren't selling, you don't matter when the chips are down.
