Job security very bad if they want they keep people otherwise they through it out they never think how much the employee are hard worker, sincerity, trust worthy, punctuality, and how long they serviced with us. Just about everything there is to dislike about a job. no career growth, no increments/incentives, bad work-life balance, horrible politics by middle and top management. HR Managers do not value an individual their is no job training for new employees and they didn't give good appresal.
