Has potential to be great, but upper management and CEO contribute to a negative work space - Donor Coordinator bei PAWS: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Poor budgetary planning, the CEO and upper department directors don't seem to agree or communicate. I saw reviews mentioning this on glassdoor before starting and thought it wouldn't impact me, however it led to a complete lack of planning a sustainable budget and my position being eliminated less than 6 months after I started. Although my immediate supervisor fought for me and helped me to navigate the situation, it was stressful and awful. The department directors did not contribute to a healthy workplace or provide much support for their managers or lower level staff.
