      Live close. Have good relatiionship with coworker

      Lack of communication skills between Management and employee. No body in charge in company beside boss. No meaning with the title. Pay sucks and no benifit. Poor management.

      Great opportunity to meet other researchers and learn about industry methods. Limited perks, industry, academic and government contracts as part of work portfolio.

      Kontras

      Low compensation, unpredictable hours. Can feel disconnected from the central workforce and isolated at times. Once per year Christmas potluck .
