Pros
It is early my tenure with PACIV. However, I have worked for many employers many have been great and others...not so much so. However, PACIV for sure is in the top of the best.
The culture is welcoming, management is open to feedback and they are available when needed. The founder of the Indianapolis office is always present in the office and jumps in on projects when needed as well. The ability for our employees to get the training they need to move up or over in their careers is excellent.
PACIV is a small but growing company, lots of places say that, but they are growing,
