Frequent layoffs make job security a concern - Principal Consultant bei P3 Adaptive: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I love getting to work at P3. One of the things that I love most is the culture. I have seen and experience each day a sense of trust, real collaboration, and mutual respect. I get to work with incredibly talented people who are not only masters of their craft, but who are also supportive, approachable, and just great people. There's also a great sense of teamwork. Any time someone has a question, or needs help with something, multiple people respond by being ready, willing, and able to help, and share their hard-earned knowledge. I personally feel empowered to do my job and I'm very grateful to get to work alongside an amazing team.

In terms of Cons, here is my answer. There is a saying that I heard several years ago from John Maxwell where he said that we should get so good at our strengths that are weaknesses become irrelevant. That's the way I feel about P3. For me, P3's strengths as a company are so good, that it makes its weaknesses irrelevant to me.

Great people, helpful and genuinely passionate about Power BI. The CEO is incredibly kind and enthusiastic about the Power Platform which is inspiring. Pay was great for me since I was early in my career, but heard otherwise from different employees.

Unstructured onboarding and little training. I was incredibly good at DAX but there weren't any further formal trainings once onboarded about "how to be a consultant". Not great formal mentoring. Turnover.
