Worked diligently with them for 2 years, when I tried to leave, they threatened to sue me. - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei P2 Solutions Group: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Pros

They have some contacts in the IT world, specifically at Microsoft.

Kontras

They have changed from being competitive and open about their business, to backdoor deals, and looking to make a few dollars more than protecting their "employees." Several times attempting to placate the contract employees instead of attempting to negotiate the requests of the employee to the company they are being contracted to.

Pros

Great benefits if you want them.

Kontras

Had to provide my own equipment or take a dip in pay, really? Started good, but they lost a lot of momentum at Microsoft as things rolled (or are rolling) to managed as a service. Lost most bids, angered Leadership when they didn't win bids, etc. Fortunately got out before the total demise occurs. Company doesn't really talk to staff on gigs much unless you're getting fired or laid off. No pats on the back over there. Everything runs as a labor mill there, no real traditional consulting practice which was a pity. Owner is pretty hidden, doesn't even have a picture on LinkedIn, weird. If you're looking for a short-term gig with decent pay, this place is good. But if you want mutual investment and to feel part of a growing, nurtured group of professionals, you may want to look at a more traditional consulting firm since the ship appears to of sank or sinking.
