As you will know from the brief time you spent at Oxbridge, great culture is very important to us; it's what drives us forward. It doesn't suit everyone. Sometimes we have to make tough decisions to protect our culture when team members don't reflect our core beliefs or performance expectations. No hard feelings, it probably wasn't right for either of us. All the best for your future.

- Commutable location. - Nice members of the team. - Facilities like a tuck shop were provided, which was nice.

- Pay isn't competitive. - Poor communication from management, little to no feedback given. - Hybrid working was stated in the job spec; however, I wasn't given the option to do so once started. - Numerous layoffs with staff, felt uneasy working for, unsure if you were next.
