Building a business around helping people into their home. What mission could be better? This is a place where you are literally hired to make a huge difference. Your voice will be heard and you will be supported to be your very best. Along the way you are surrounded by the most inclusive bunch of people you will ever meet. It is fast paced and everyone spends significant amounts of time with our customers (the reason we exist!). To date, we've only just built the foundations and are currently experiencing insane growth. This is still a ground floor opportunity and I strongly recommend joining!

Not a con but some people may perceive this as a con. We love to build in public (public to the team). Therefore, being open to receiving feedback on what you are doing (even if it is half baked), is crucial. It just makes things fun and we get to great answers so much faster!

Best team I've worked with by far. Founders have such a great vision for the product and company. They lead and give full trust in their employees as well as autonomy to get the job done. It is an awesome team culture with regular team events, drinks, and dinners No idea is dumb and everyone is listened to. The founders are great mentors with lots of T-Shaped experience to help coach and support you in any aspect. I didn't expect to grow as much as I have in such the short time frame I've been here. It's been an insane journey and the company has grown tremendously since joining. 10/10 would recommend!!

Be warned the team and company is super fast-paced, which is a great thing. The vision is awesome and I love the work, sometimes I find myself working well later than what is the norm and find it hard to switch off, but I guess that might just be me 😛
