Pros

Good pay and working with some very talented people. Senior management is very friendly. A 'no yelling' environment, even though the work can be very stressful with tight deadlines for projects

Kontras

Culture at OAO is very bad. There are teams who have no contact with each other or even wish to talk to each other. If there were the very rare company outing as a team building exercise, very few people would show up. Unnecessary requirement to enter in time sheets. It's required for everyone except for the very senior staff. Bad Vacation policy. No matter how many years you put in, you get two years max. No 401K Matching and healthcare insurance is reviewed every year with employees having to pay more each year.

Pros

The collaboration between co-workers is exceptional and management is fantastic! The company builds a warm and friendly work culture and encourages career growth whenever possible. All members of the staff are smart, knowledgable, and offer quality white glove service.

Kontras

It is a smaller sized company.

Pros

Paid time off is sufficient, able to roll over up to five days every year. Work from home policy is reasonable. Decent pay.

Kontras

Management and overall work environment make this place a difficult one to work. The toxic office culture and clear division between teams is extremely hostile and equally unwelcoming for both new employees and old. This has been an ongoing issue for years and it is deeply concerning no measures have been taken to mitigate the situation. Upper management lacks assertiveness to help mend the clear tension in the offices and would benefit vastly from taking steps towards improving culture. Friendly & mutual employee exits, even for those who worked at OAO for 5+ years, are extremely cold, unacknowledged and essentially met with deafening silence. Room for advancement is minimal to non-existent. Health benefits are poor and costly. No 401k matching. Steep decline in bonuses each year. No HR department. The lack of transparency between upper management and employees is a definite pain point and where OAO could look to improve the most. Lots of secrecy around how the company is doing financially. Direction and business goals of company are very unclear.
