Location Some of the people working there were hard working, tried to make the best of a bad situation Before Management offshored jobs and made changes the co was a pleasure to work for.

Management laid off the good hard working managers and kept the lazy incompetent managers. The dynamics of the company changed for the worse. One of two bad apples spoilt the cart, the rest of the teams were micro managed to offset the one bad employee. Checking in process, time watched and scrutinized. Was a very demeaning experience and ruined morale!
